Looking Down - West End

This is a shot of the West End looking down from above.

The cityscape will be here. More buildings are planned. The largest building you see is a warehouse, and across the street from that is the lumber yard. both are served by one spur, so I imagine there will be some conflicts from time to time.

I've taken some heat for having four dead-ends in town, but I have no imaginary escape route planned for this section. If the people don't like dead-end towns, they will have to move out.

The most northern track is the reverse loop. Second is the main line, and the remaining two are secondary lines from which a second loco can shuffle cars and deliver goods.

The streets are painted plastic with the stripping done with white tape. Below is a good look at the yard. The empty foundations you see will hold the main locomotive service building.
